Domestic Orders & Shipping (United Arab Emirates)

All orders within the United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Northern Emirates, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Western Regions) are processed within 3–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, after you receive your order confirmation email.

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Orders & Shipping

We currently offer shipping to Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, including:

  • Saudi Arabia

  • Bahrain

  • Oman

  • Kuwait

  • Qatar

Please note that shipping regulations for fragrances and incense may vary from country to country. Shipping to destinations outside the GCC depends on the local customs laws and regulations of each country.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or value-added tax (VAT) upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by the local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Sukoon is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become available.
